A Cartilage piercing with a black coffin gem from @neometaljewelry anodized gold to match the lobe setup! Pierced using @isneedles 14g heel bypass.

These coffin gems flew out of the case, I currently have 1 black and 2 CZ remaining. I managed to snag a few more in CZ and red that should be here next week, they are a limited run so get them while you can!
